When you fill in the “Get a Quote” form on the site, we process the following data only to the extent you provide it:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Message, quantity and material details related to your request
- Any technical drawing / sample file you optionally upload (PDF, DWG, STEP, image, etc.)
This data is collected electronically via the form and sent to us by email so that we can evaluate your request.
4. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
- To evaluate your quote request and contact you,
- To provide pricing and delivery time for the service you request,
- To carry out pre-contractual and post-contractual processes.
Pursuant to Article 5/2 of the KVKK, your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract and legitimate interest; analytics cookies are processed based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Form submissions may be processed technically through service providers such as the email infrastructure (Google / Gmail) and the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare). Upon request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods in the relevant legislation; once the purpose no longer exists, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Cookies
Our site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that are not strictly necessary only if you give your consent via the cookie banner. No analytics cookies are placed unless you consent. You can manage cookies at any time through your browser settings.
8. Your Rights Under the KVKK
